Hi, I’m Hervick! I’m a real estate agent with eXp Realty in Hawaii.
I am very blessed to have migrated to Hawaii from the Philippines at the age of 15. I met my husband and my step daughter 7 years ago and we have been together and continue to grow our family ever since.
I bought my first home at the age of 22 and I have been an advocate for homeownership ever since. Owning a home has been more rewarding than I ever imagined. You can’t beat the sense of pride and contentment you get from knowing you own your home and not paying off someone else’s.
I love helping my clients find their place in the world, whatever that looks like for you.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as traveling the United States and the world. I love meeting new people and making new friends which makes my profession ideal for me. I went to University of Hawaii for Public Administration and I am fluent in Tagalog & Ilocano.
